I get back pain sometimes also. The best thing is a 20 minute chair mssage at the nail salon. Theres nothing like getting your nails done, then getting a massage. It's the best $35 spent to feel better. So guys (and ladies) if your looking for a cheap back rub, I'd look at nail salons for a quick pick me up, as they offer reasonable prices for their chair massages.

I agree. I did leave out the fact that I also used my massage cushion at home and that probably helped also.
