perhaps just a groupie, and innocent. I sort of find the "unpaid social liaison" a very humorous job title.

as i think further about this, Jill Kelley, although naive, possessed ambition. She was propped up by the military leadership, and they obviously liked what she did as a hostess, sort of a social sugar baby, and also traveled with the leadership. If the military thought that much of her, they should be standing up for the decision to recognize her publicly, and now in the middle of the fallout, they appear to be giving zero support.
