I just moved her from Austin. Never have I had a provider say, well you do not have any reviews. I have seen a couple from out here in the last two weeks just had not reviewed anyone yet. It was so much easier in Austin.

Anyone else run into the same thing?

Always been easier in WT for me. Maybe you were using an older handle in Austin?

I went and deactivted my old handle. Should have never done that, but even before I did reviews never had someoe say they would not see me without a review. This girl that said that post all over BP every day. So we will see posted two reviews today. The Mods here are a little slower at approving.

Just curious how you know this. You just posted the two reviews today. How fast do you expect them to be approved?. Crypt is pretty much the only mod in west Texas, plus several other states. Several others of us try to help some if needed, but he does all the review approvals.

I doubt if ztonk and them are much faster in Austin, where there is more than one mod for one forum.

We moderate this board on a volunteer basis. I work Monday - Friday and am away from the computer daily from 730am until at least 8pm and most time 9 or 10pm. Saturdays and Sundays are a little better.... sometimes.

Reviews, except when I am out of town, get approved or rejected daily. Rarely do they carry over to the next day. 12 hour delay in you getting a review approved should not affect you getting taken care of.

Bullshit. You posted your reviews at 11:57 and 12:20. 4 hours later you posted that WT was slow. So, you were upset they were not approved in 4 hours!

It is now 10 PM. There are more than 3 reviews in Austin written before 3:30 which have not been moderated yet, I make that 6 1/2 hours..

This is NOTHING about the Austin mods. They do a heck of a job with what they have to deal with down there.

Just don't come up here and get upset over things where the facts do not back you up. This is a volunteer position. Sometimes it even takes a while for Austin to get things done.

There are currently no reviews waiting in West Texas. There are currently 8 reviews pending in Austin including two older than today. I'm not saying a word bad about the Austin mods. An excellent bunch of folks down there. But my business gets taken care of sir.

SOLUTION, move back to Austin. Got to love it when someone new moves to a new town and bitches about it.

Mods you guys/gals rock. Long hrs. of service to ALL of us for 000000000 dollars for just the love of the hobby.

You guys are touchy out here. i just said it was slow. Austin used to have 3 mods and it was much faster. I know that Sixx was very quick when he was a Mod.

As far as moving back to Austin I will in time. Talent is far better there, because what provider wants to live out here.

I understand that the mods are volunteering there time. I really did not bash them, I am just sometimes impatient when I am horny! I am sure you have all been there.

Don't try and compare apples to oranges, or in this case your couple of reviews a day to Austins many, many reviews a day.

Not saying you don't get er done, just saying don't use Austin as a comparison. WT is a dead board, I could moderate WT in my sleep, it takes about 10 minutes of your day.

Austin is a full time board that needs multiple mods to take care of.
