Standard L1 vs L3 should be different rates especially with a new provider, but there’s quite a bit of wiggle room in there. When I repeat with a provider I usually increase tips and receive increased service. It usually works out well for both of us!

I agree. If you know how to connect with a girl and not treat them as a product, you get increased and better service. The slightly extra tip then become a form of gratitude.
