"Citizens Against Prostitution (CAP)"?
Does anyone know whether such an organization exists nationwide; has a website; and has a San Antonio chapter?
About the only thing I got from a Google search is a series of news articles about a CAP group in Tacoma, WA; it has been focusing on areas of high SW traffic, stating that such activity is a magnet for such crimes as drug dealing and assault.
I've seen almost no mention of CAP on this website. (Could I be using poor Search criteria?)
Have any of you had any run-ins with this group? (PM me.) I'm interested in any details from which I can get an idea who they've been targeting (SWs, clubs, parlors, indies, all of the above) and what methods they've been using.
