The galleria is out from what I hear it's a nightmare getting over there because of the construction.... Any suggestion guys?

seriously, it's not that bad, unless you're traveling on I-635 akd LBJ during rush hour [which is all day long :^).

there are some very nice hotels in that area. i'm sure some of the women can give you better info if you go to the powder room. and, from what i've read, you can get a room via Priceline, etc. for $50-60 before taxes.

No, don't do the 635/75 area unless you want to have your vehicle broken into and pimps all around the place.

It's not a good area anymore. Many guys avoid going to appointments in that area.

The galleria area isn't that bad with construction except during rush hour, then it all sucks anyway... stay a bit north of there along the tollway.

It depends on your market.

75 and 635 aka "the high five" area is favored by pimps and low-rent hookers. Girls who need to pay for two rooms (traveling companion[s] in the adjoining room), find they can save money at motels in this area.

The Galleria area tends to host a more "civilized" class of escorts and clientele. It has better hotels with good prices, better restaurants, shopping and is more centrally located.

The Market Center area also has some good pricing at better hotels and seems to be popular among visiting independents.

The one exception to the High Five Area, is the Westin at Park Central. I use that hotel often, since it's next door to my office.

I use PriceLine and typically get this hotel for about $50-$55. If you specify the the Park Central Area, and select 4 Star hotel, its the only hotel that Priceline uses. So as long as they accept your bid, you will get the Westin.
