Devil . . . sounds like an uncomfortable time. But also sounds like she kept you posted and that she did nothing to put you off (from ROS) other than running a bit late in crappy weather. I'd suggest you try to do a make up with her . . . explain what you explained . . . given what you said it seems a bit harsh for a no review since nothing actually took place. Sorry for the bummer.

I don't know that she would even offer a makeup given that he posted a no review over something so trivial. The damage is done.
She didn't NSNC and most mongers would have at least taken the weather into consideration.
The situation was a bummer for sure.
I agree with all of the comments above. While it was a bummer for her being late and you standing in the cold, 10 minutes is a pimple on an elephant's ass.
You are fairly new so I understand you were upset, however if you didn't have some pressing matter to attend to, I think you jumped the gun and were too harsh.
Do what you feel is right for you, but I would have waited. And if it had truly been a NCNS I would have given her 24hrs to contact me and set things straight.
I'm taking a different approach. Facts:
1. The OP has been here for almost a year. If you haven't garnered enough info from reading reviews by now then maybe you should...
A) Not write any more reviews
B) Not see anyone else
C) Learn by reading more and whining less
2. This is the first time in all my days that I've heard of some being dropped off and then loitering around a parking lot for a provider. Seriously???!!! You really did this? Do you own a car? And on a cold night your "ride" couldn't wait around for your "date" to show up? This sounds so much like a 16-year kid trying to get his first professional pussy.
3. So you decide to not wait any longer. I have serious issue with your timeline of events.
A) you decide she's not going to show. Fair enough. However per your review she was 10 min. late. So you have zero tolerance for tardiness. Still understandable.
B) here's where I have issues, if you called a cab, as you said, then said cab would have to have been sitting around the corner waiting for your call. Remember, you said a friend dropped you off, not a cabby. I've only called a few cabs in my day, but I've never had a cab show up within minutes of me calling. So either you called the cab immediately at the time the appointment should have happened and the cabby was very close or your timeline of events is all screwed up, because according to you, you were outta there before she arrived, 10 min late.
Yes I'm being hard on the OP, but seriously, look at the facts:
1. Someone drops him off, have ANY OF YOU ever done this? Serious question. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, this is just a first for me.
2. He's waiting out in the cold, in the parking lot, even observes a cop car drive in. C'mon, someone tell me I'm not delusional watch in this play out in my mind: dude hiding among the bushes watching said cop car make the rounds.
3. Is texting w/said provider, who, per the review did make it, but 10 min late. Of course he was already gone because the cabby driver happened to be 'The Flash.'
4. He called a cab and got an immediate response, being gone within minutes after said call, beating her 10 min tardiness. (Why didn't you tell the cabby to turn around, because it's doubtfully you could have been more than a couple of miles down the road IF that is indeed what happened???)
I'm calling BS on this whole ordeal. Tuck your dick between your legs, read some more reviews, tell your dates up front that you will give them a max of 5-10 min to open the door after the set time or you are gone — no exceptions, and get your own transportation.
