If it was just the reluctance to send a picture: she could have been nice about it. That is understandable to all. The second statement tells the real story that she is one that all should avoid, for whatever reason.

Without quoting a PM directly, which would be a violation of the rules, I confirm that I have seen a picture of what is claimed to be the phone message that is discussed in this thread. Ab thinks that I am a qualified " netural party".

In my opinion her messages was unprovoked and indicate that the lady discussed is mentally unstable. Time to move on.

It is my experience that more than a few of the ladies in the hobby are mentally unstable, and should be avoided completely. The time spent with them is not worth the trouble it could bring. That is why we do research: it helps to make or lives safer. Whether or not one agrees with the evaluation of mentally unstable is not the point; we can all agree that her response was unprofessional.

The subject of a lady sending pictures to confirm her identification is another question that might be a worthy subject for a new thread. The subject of this thread was the unprovoked improper response to what seems to be a simple request.
