Spoke too soon, check bounced so the condo on Wunderlich is still available after all. 1 bedroom plus 200 sqft loft, with washer and dryer. Gated community and gate has security guard from sundown to sunup. Remote or gate code required during daylight hours. 1050 total sqft. PM me for details.

To the contrary, it is gated and non residents have to show photo id to get thru the gate. It is the opposite of an incall site. Also, it is leased.
