Default Judge RUles Pimp must prove bail came from legal means

http://www.seacoastonline.com/articl...93/101098/NEWS

Judge xxxx xxxxx ordered Mr F held on the $75,000 cash bail and said if he is able to post the bail, he must prove during a court hearing that the money came from legal sources.

Anyone heard of that stipulation in any other cases?

Yes. Not unusual and if you think it's appropriate to limit bail to cash only, it's a good case for it. Personally, I hope he sits his ass in jail to await trial for his alleged crimes. However, his attorney should take a writ of habeas corpus and appeal it asking for a bond option.

If you're really interested in this, let me know and I'll write more later or maybe SJ will chime in.

Clarification: not usual in a pandering case, but this case involves human trafficking and drugs. More common in drug, fraud, money laundering, etc. cases.
