New bie here. I was wondering how often providers do STD screening. Also how does providers ensure their clients are STD free ?

Is there a check list of test we can run to make sure I am clean for my piece of mind.

I doubt any answer on how others test will be trustable and providers are taking care of themselves, not everyone else. Take care of u and stop worrying about others.

To keep it safer, refrain from exchanging any bodily fluids with a provider (including saliva). It's crazy how many providers carry strep. Stick to CBJ, no kissing, no daty, and CFS only and you should keep yourself safe from most STD's. But herpes and hpv are transmittable via skin contact so you gotta be extra careful there too.
