I think adding 15 is a little too harsh. IME, it's usually 8-10 years older than advertised.

I think one of the best ways to ferret out the AMP mandles is to look for clumsy syntax and frequent poor word choices that indicate a non-native speaker. Most of the guys on this corner of the board are real wordsmiths and a badly phrased review or reply is the first clue that the author may come from the Land of the Morning Calm and not the Home of the Free.
