Exactly!! It’s like hiring someone for your business. Sure you can take someone new who has 0 experience, put it the time to train them how you want it done and after many many months or even years of working everyday they will eventually do it the way you want. (Sometimes)
Or,.... hire the person who has been doing it for years and years all ready, all they need is a couple pointers here and there so they can do it how you like and not have to hassle with all the stuff they didn’t know comes with doing the job. I’ll take experience 10 out of 10 times.
