There is a BP ad for the number 913-228-2158. If you text it, they claim to be working with law enforcement and they text you multiples times about the problems with paying for sex.

This doesn't really seem like LE's style. The point of their work is to lure you to come see them so they can arrest you, not think twice about your life choices. This seems more like the work of a church group.
