SissyLips reminds me of a guy who used to hang out in the mornings a block or so North of the Alamo in Downtown San Antonio. He would talk to himself and wave his arms around. If one got caught at the red light on his side of the street (it was a one way street heading West) one did not look over at him. If you caught his attention he'd be right at your window yelling at you through your rolled up window until the light changed. It was embarrassing to say the least. Running the red light in the morning wasn't an option.
