That just doesn’t make sense to me,,,,,, not getting PA credit because you don’t submit a name. He submitted the actual ad and phone number. The provider did not advertise using a name so what benefit does anyone get by providing a name for a provider that doesn’t advertise using a name ? Worse yet, if the provider gives a different name each time asked...... that would be extra confusing on multiple reviews. I will add.... a name should be required when the provider advertises using a name.

It is not too much to ask that you do the encounter reports correctly and complete the form fully including a name in order to receive free PA credit.
