Is this the case? For a guaranteed good time is the admission ticket 3 bills at least? Anyone have any thoughts (providers/hobbyists)?

If you are limiting yourself to SF common and Non-Asian, You are correct.

Make the trek to San Mateo or San Jose and look at Cityvibe for some Kgirls for pretty most anything you may want for 200 to 250 at most.

Hit cityvibe.com and click the San Jose and San Fran listings.
Most of the San Fran listings are actually in San Jose Area or San Mateo

Most need references, especially the Korean Girls but there are a few that will let you in.
