This is good. Medicare is 25% of the USA Healthcare System. Healthcare expenditures are 18% of GDP, about double that of other developed countries. Life expectancy in the USA is 35th in the world, behind Lebanon and Costa Rica and just ahead of Cuba. Something needs to be done with Medicare to lower costs and improve outcomes. Most politicians are pussies who won't tackle the problem. I thought Trump was cast from the same mold, but based on this perhaps not.
