OMGMAKER.........can anyone help??????

this site seemed legit userfriendly time efficient place
to redo my personal website...but i cant get ANY response
whatsoever from anyone (i've emailed 4X over past 2 weeks)
and it says they have a "live chat support" during certain hours
but you click on that and NOTHING HAPPENS
I'm so frustrated....has anyone used that site??
any idea if it is still any good and how i could
get in touch with there tech support??
(most similiar sites do not offer a screening form page
thats part of the reason i chose that one and making it myself
even with the help of my tecchie buddy was just too much
of a time consuming headache and my time is very limited
due to real world obligations

I don't think I've ever actually had to contact support and I love it, I will admit I don't update it or use it to it's full advantage but it's so easy and useful. I'll eventually get the paid name site but as of now, I've yet to have any issues! and Karma is super useful too!
