Diamond, there are two issues which have to be satisfied to value your time. The first one is how YOU value your time. You have to be happy with the rates you charge. The second is economic viability, you have to weigh your personal value to the economics in the area you are in. Decide on a rate and advertise with that rate, if the volume of business you get is not satisfactory then, lower the price or increase menu options until you get a balance between personal value and economic viability in the area. Trying to jusitfy a higher rate to those from whom you will get customers is not a wise move. I hope this helps and welcome.
