Reviews and not meeting the criteria

I wish a few other moderators would look at my review posted 4/22 and the previous review of the same location and provider. I have been on this sight and the previous iteration and had never run into being denied for multiple reviews.
I would literally ask When Did That Change?

I will freely admit that in the change over and renovation, I may have missed something.

Why we are asking, I have a further question best not aired here.

It's always been that way

If you want your review to be approved, you must let at least 90 days pass before you review that provider again
