Thanks, back on topic.

Four out of the last five restaurants I watched the Olympic games. Haven't been watching at home. Watched some at the gym also.

On each one CURLING. Or at least it seems like its been all curling. Saw a little X games like action but curling stands out in my mind.

I understand why the olympic games ratings are taking a plunge.

Globalist Games? No Thanks!

I'm still trying to clear my eye's of the 0zombie Games here in the states! It really helped when I turned the TV off 3 years ago.

I got better things to do, like be a capitalist and make money... or blast 0zombies on the internet!

When you drive on a road that was paid for by taxes from all....are you being a capitalist?

Is the electricity you get purely capitalistic or is is regulated?

Is Trump putting a 23% tax on steel Capitalism?

Default we have been beaten!! by .. Norway!! bahahaaa Vikings rule!

Norway breaks United States' Winter Olympics medal record

https://www.yahoo.com/sports/norway-...044610446.html

Nick Bromberg,Yahoo Sports 22 hours ago

Team Norway celebrates taking the bronze medal in the alpine team event during the venue ceremony at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018. (AP Photo/Christophe Ena) It’s time to officially accept Norway as the rulers of the winter sports world.
Thanks to a bronze medal in the Olympic team alpine skiing event in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, Norway now has the Winter Olympic record for most medals in a Winter Olympics with 38.

The United States previously set the record for medals in an Olympics with 37 medals in the 2010 Vancouver Games. But Norway, a country that doesn’t keep score for many of its youth sports, broke that record just eight years later.

As Yahoo Sports’ Dan Wetzel noted earlier in the Olympics, this Norway blitz must be stopped.

The Norwegians are currently 10 ahead of Canada, the country with the second-most medals in the Olympics. The most prolific sport for the Norwegians has been cross-country skiing, where the country has collected 13 medals with more possible. The 13 cross-country medals alone would put the Norwegian cross-country ski team 10th in the standings ahead of host country South Korea, and Scandinavian rival Sweden while trailing the unofficial Russian Olympic team by just one medal.

Not bad for a team full of asthmatics.

At least Norway’s flag colors are also red, white and blue. That makes the transition from the United States to our new Norwegian overlords fairly simple from a design standpoint.

Norway is a winter powerhouse due to its unfair geography.

Is Norway as big (or bigger?...I don't know but it looks like it actually could be smaller....) than of our own Rocky Mountains? You see where I'm going there, right? Nonetheless, whatever it is, not a bad feat for a nation (of 5.3 million pop) whose mythology birthed a damned successful movie role for Aussie Chris Hemsworth....

In a fashion, yes they did. For the longest time the IOC had been trying to find "sports" to bring into the winter Olympics and when the X Games made a big impression it was an easy decision to add their "sports"
