Default Electric companies

I'm going to be relocating from Texas to Las Cruces in a couple of weeks. I need to find a electricity service provider for my new place. Any recommendations?

In Las Cruces:

Electric: El Paso Electric

Water: City of Las Cruces unless you are out on the East Mesa then it would be Moongate Water.

Gas: City of Las Cruces (Natural gas if you use Propane couple other providers)

TV: In City Comcast, DirecTV, Dish, East Mesa has its own Cable Company.

Internet: Comcast Cable (actually not bad very robust system that is not saturated yet), Century Link (Telco)

Telco: Century Link

In city trash and sewage part of water bill.
