What is she, like 13years old? "Nobody likes you, and nobody wants to hang out with you." And all because he dared to run against her as class president.

"That scummy little nerd boy should totally like go back to the geek table in the cafeteria, ohmigod, gag me with a spoon."

I expect a Saturday Night Live sketch of Hillary in Mean Girls.

A Ponzi scheme? Hardly.

When you were working, it took 3 of you to support one recipient. It now takes 7+. While I've not done all the math, being on SS, most would be right at the poverty line or below. Plus, there are substantial monetary penalties if you make over a set amount (it's just over the poverty limit BTW) while on SS.

A Ponzi scheme? Exactly.

Yes, bad form on my part to respond to my own post. Gotcha. But uhm, I ran across this article that seemed related to goldfish size versus tank size. Think in might have been in Aquarium Daily or some such. (sarc)

100,000 People Seeking Tickets to Trump’s ‘Keep America Great’ Rally in NJ

Oddly enough, I recall the winter population is quite small in Wildwood, NJ. Oh, and it's in New Jersey. Though probably bigger than a typical Creepy Uncle Joe or Mayor Petie-Pie rally. A-N-D, coincidentally, 100,000 is about the size of Mayor Pete's town, if you count the students and such. Wonder if the whole, entire population of Southbend turns out to a Mayor Petie-Pie rally?!?

It's a tourist destination about 90 miles from Philly. Population swells to 250,000 in the summer. Its convention center has a capacity of 7500. Hotel customers from nearby Connecticut and New York are booking rooms for the MAGA rally. Hardly representative of the heartland.

https://6abc.com/5868405/

Reports are that holding a ticket doesn't guarantee entry. Sounds reminiscent of Trump University.

Bullshit. You were comparing the turnout at a rural Iowa town hall with Trump rallies that are almost exclusively in or near major metropolitan areas. Its a textbook example of an apples and oranges comparison and completely missed the point of the article.

But I guess that's the best you can expect from the Larry, Moe, and Curly Joe School of Political Discourse.

Not at all. You are obviously clueless as to the intent of a Ponzi scheme:

Pon·zi scheme
/ˈpänzē ˌskēm/

noun

noun: Ponzi scheme; plural noun: Ponzi schemes
a form of fraud in which belief in the success of a nonexistent enterprise is fostered by the payment of quick returns to the first investors from money invested by later investors.
"a classic Ponzi scheme built on treachery and lies"

Social Security meets none of the requirements to be considered a Ponzi scheme.

No treachery. I was not lied to. No promise of "quick returns".

And I have no idea what you mean by "there are substantial monetary penalties if you make over a set amount". Actually if you make over a set amount you stop paying into Social Security.

Trump's reelection looks more like a long shot than a slam dunk

https://thehill.com/opinion/white-ho...an-a-slam-dunk

2016 is ancient history. 2020 is upon us. New game and a new player on the Democratic side. In 2016 many voters, myself included, voted for the lesser of 2 evils. In 2020 there will not be the same level of animosity towards the Democratic nominee as there was towards Hillary Clinton. But the same animosity exists towards Trump.

I am not predicting a Trump loss. I am saying there are many indications that Trump is in trouble. The economy is the only factor currently in his favor. He is failing big time in the eyes of voters on just about every other issue.

Trump will lose NJ in 2020. The only reason he is there is to support Van Drew who recently switched from the Democratic party to the Republican party.

Interesting that Van Drew, as a Democrat, won in a district that voted for Trump in 2016, in a heavily Democratic state. In the 2018 midterm elections, 4 seats in the state went from red to blue. The Democratic voters increased by a ration of 2 - 1 over Republican voters from the 2014 midterms.

The 2018 results in NJ echo what I've said about the elections that year. The turnout for those opposing Republican candidates was much greater than the turnout for those supporting Republican candidates. It the turnout in 2020 mirrors the turnout in 2018, Trump will be defeated.

Wrong again, and you've got the math backwards:

You might want to look into the credibility of your sources. You've been grossly misinformed.

They have. Only a small minority believe that abortion should be illegal under all circumstances:
