Since when did all hookers become victims of sex trafficking? I know that recent news articles don’t explicitly make such a blanket statement but it’s heavily implied. Suddenly a John is a “sex trafficker”.

Aside from political correctness I suspect it’s a way to for municipalities to get governments money.

Yeah, there's something fishy about all this. So these girls were forced into prostitution, yet they staked out the place so they could take notes of the johns coming and going.
