Personally, I wouldn't send a deposit to any of these gals, regardless of her reputation, reviews etc. but I doubly sure wouldn't send one to an STG gal. As Nancy once said, "Just Say No". To deposits that is.

Do you really send your deposit via Zelle, Cashapp, or other electronic means that now documents your dalliance? Plus the obvious risk of losing it.
