Earlier last year they were owned by the oriental spa on the boulevard that is legit. Sometime in the middle of the year they changed hands and now it's a tug shack.

Unrelated, but has Tian Tang on the boulevard closed permanently? I went by a few times in the past month or so and the doors are locked, lights off.
