The question is whether she was born a US citizen or Not!
It will be a court question if she returns and is charged with aiding and abetting ISIS.
As long as she is outside the country - likely no legal standing to take the matter to court - no jurisdiction.
let her rot in Syria - she chose it - let her just stay there.

She's not going to rot in Syria. Her family must have some type of money and they are coordinating with CAIR and therefore, the DNC. Can you get on a US bound plane w/o a passport?
Democratic operatives will get her over here "mysteriously" and then the administration will have to make a determination how to proceed. It would be good to have eye witnesses to testify that she gave aid and comfort to the enemy but since they are likely dead or unwilling its going to be difficult. Since women in the ISIS caliphate wore burkas or some type of clothing that was difficult to identify, the administration won't be able to bring the full brunt of the justice system on her, if at all.
I doubt she's truly repentant. This is another Machurian Candidate situation. Her parents and the mosque she goes to in Alabama needs to be investigated.

I'd be interested to know how citizenship for other children of foreign diplomats are treated. I would hope there's some standard treatment or policy. If it's case by case on which kids receive citizenship and which don't, I'm a bit sceptical. Can't give it to those we like and keep from those we don't under the current jus soli doctrine.
If it does turn out she's a citizen, bring her back, put her on trial, and imprison her for life. She should never be free on the soil she was born on, as she is and always will be a threat. If she sees freedom, eventually some thing will go boom.
If she's not a citizen , well...tough shit for her.

this comes down to to the fathers status on whether or not his daughter is u.s. citizen.
looks like her parents got green cards but neglected to include her as they thought she was US citizen.
the fathers suit is a long shot.

this raises a question regarding children of legal aliens I've not seen any where.
lets say you have a situation with 2 legal aliens never having applied for US citizenship have children born in U.S. would those children be considered U.S. citizens? possibly not. and then those children now adults have children and those children would be U.S. citizen.

My understanding is that children born in the US of LEGAL aliens are birthright citizens of the US,
And also currently, Illegal aliens
Trump is moving to change that status for children of Illegal aliens
i would support that - it will wind up before the SC

hmm I think answered my own question.
I forgot that the court did rule on that question. it was in the wong vs. US. where a child of a Chinese legal aliens was a U.S. citizen.

You might want to check what it was Waco posted before you made a fool out of yourself.
Waco's post was on topic about the legal status of the ISIS bride.
I commented on Waco's post in my post.
Meanwhile, your post is way the fuck off-topic.

There are probably quite a few “officers of the Court” who are members of ECCIE and be monitoring this very discussion.
That’s the beauty of the place. You never know exactly with whom you are conversing. Even lofty individuals who live in ivory towers like a good BBBJ.

You're being buried by every shovel load with your comments that don't have a fucking thing to do with the ISIS bride.
