If you can't see the board, can't identify the pieces or even understand the real rules of the game, it's kind of hard to be a respected referee, much less the good sheppard that is so often needed in this thing of ours.

Those that feel threatened by a group of guys that occasionally have lunch together don't understand the nature of cats. They can't possibly be expected to herd them or gain their respect.
Hell, the cats around here couldn't even agree on who they wanted as their hand chosen shepherd. Need I say more.
