Like maybe once in awhile give a discount to established customers who are repeats or 4x discounts over the course of a year. I remember the amps used to do this. Blue spa for example. They had a punch card. 10th visit was half off or something like that. What do y’all think? Discounts for established customers sounds good to me

LA and SF are in general much bigger markets than Dallas. More population, more girls, more money, more competition.

Dallas is 1.5x bigger than San Francisco in population. DFW is 10x bigger than San Fran and its the 4th biggest metro in the county, is predicted to be 3rd biggest over the next 10 years and surpass Chicago.

Now hobby related, might be more popular with girls and all, but its not close in population especially with the influx of people and business moving to Dallas from other states.
