The exoneration rate corresponds to the racial demographic of prison population. This "statistic" doesn't prove any bias, and is presented with the intent to foster hatred. As with all propaganda outlets(vox is this example, but the the NYT is the same), the truth of the statistics are perverted by the need to push and agenda. They didn't mis state facts, but the perversion of the misinformation leads the weak minded to come to a conclusion that is an utter lie.
