“Mindy” has spread false rumors about Summer to multiple clients stating that Summer is not reference friendly... which isn’t the case at all. Mindy never even asked Summer for a reference, so telling clients that Summer refused to provide a reference is nothing more than an attempt to start drama. I’ve never known Summer to deny a reference to anyone, ever! Obviously, this drama attempt has backfired on Mindy.

As far as myself, I am not reference friendly to Personal Improvement Management Professionals or members of their herds, nor will I accept their references. I’ve chosen to take a personal stance against the things that typically go on in those scenarios; violence, abuse, intimidation, coercion, blackmail, outing, and disrespectful treatment of the ladies involved. There isn’t much I can do to stop it, but I certainly won’t help enable it.

However, this thread is not about me. It’s about Summer’s suppposed (un)willingness to provide references. And even though Summer and I are friends, our viewpoints and stances are not mutually exclusive.

Also, let’s address the reference fee ridiculousness – I have never charged anyone a reference fee. There was a discussion a long time ago about providing outdated references to clients that had been seen years & years prior... I made a joke out of the fact that if we charged a fee, they would quit providing outdated references. Obviously, I was being facetious and not literal.

And finally “rzback” is not nor has he ever been a client of mine. I’ve never heard of this handle/person. He hasn’t written a review of me. And by Mindy’s own admission, no one in her herd verifies clients with me… So how can she be certain he was a client of mine? Then Mindy goes on to insinuate that rzback got banned for “kind words and endorsement?” Members don’t get banned for things like that. My guess is that a certain “fisherman” got caught with a multiple handle and removed. Either way, sounds like yet another attempt at drama to me.

You have a multitude of other places and means to do so.
Playing this out in the Public Forum only permits you to see who can bang their drum the loudest.
I would suggest the Ladies only portion of the Board or back channel.
