I filled in her online form with my hobby info (not my IRL info), passed her screening, and then got an email from her in which all that stuff from the supposedly secure screening page was appended at the bottom. I told her I didn't appreciate it, she said "It's called an email thread" I said ... well you can guess what I said.



In other words she didn't pass my screening.
