I have a friend who is new to the Hobby and she would like to make an account and it wont let her do it on my computer any suggestions

She would have to use a different computer. Not sure if using your internet connection will make a difference.

Not a great idea for providers to use the same computers or smart phones.

Destiny, try creating a new user account on your computer for her. Since the browser history and cache will be different, it should allow it to go through. The IP address being the same shouldn't matter since ISP's change your IP from time to time unless you pay for it to be static.

Better to clear your cache and cookies after each of you use the computer.
