Following my prostate cancer surgery, Viagra will not work on me [the component V works on is missing]. My surgeon gave me a prescription for 'Trimix'.

'Trimix' is a mixture of alprostadil, papaverine and phentolamine.

It works for about 5 hours per dosage.

Have you tried GoodRx.com. put in your location/zip code and the drug and dosage and it can get you some real deals. The key is to use generic Sildenafil Citrate at the weaker strength of 20 mg. The price for my local pharmacy is unbelievably cheaper than the typical 100mg. You just take 5 of the small tablets. My last refill was less than $20 for 30 of the 20mg. At 5 pills per dose, that's less than $4 an erection. Another benefit after checking with your Doc is that you can add a pill or two if the 5 aren't quite doing it for you. The Pharmacy companies are playing games with the price on the 100mg dosage because of supply and demand. I believe the 20mg is originally for blood pressure so they don't price gouge. Check out the site and if you see similar pricing in your area, get with your Doc to write your script accordingly.

Romans is like most compounding pharmacies that have compounded sildenafil. It works. If in Texas I can get some of my MDs and NPs to help prescribe. We have a pretty good following in Houston for ED. We also do gains wave and swisswave protocols (a pretty good nonsurgical, non medical treatment for ED), TriMix, the Pshot and testosterone injections and pellets...

My surgeon has offered to install a prosthesis [Inflatable Penile Implant]. It is all done internally. It has a hydraulic pump installed in the scrotum that inflates the penis.

I have been thinking about getting it installed, my insurance covers it. But my wife is against me getting a prosthesis installed.

Sounds good, just make sure you're up for a surgery. I have some people come in with those and have gotten pretty good results.
