Default In need of legal advice about social security fraud

Good evening everyone I am in need of some legal advice in regards to reporting social security fraud. I was a victim of Identity theft in 2005 it took me almost 8 years to recover from it so I have no respect for people who are identity thieves, the group of individuals that I am speaking of have been using fake Social Security numbers to attain apartments cable services and other things and it recently come to my knowledge and I want to report this mom and daughter team to the proper authorities, but I don’t where to start. I have the documentation of this fraud as well. Any help would be Appreciated thanks and have a great day.
