well you could always ask "him" to go freshen up first where you have directed "him" from your ad to leave donation in bathroom on sink or toilet after "he" comes out you go in collect payment return to room begin to get naked without discussion if he wanders about"payment" stop get dressed ask "him" did he read your instructions on website if "he" says no ask "him" to leave and review your website for directions concerning payment slip "his"payment back to "him"under door after he leaves or go back to bathroom and replace and have "him" get from there or if you want you could have "him"layout donation on nightstand or sink dont touch it or discuss it do what you're donation amount allowed whatever you do be safe have a happy holiday

None of that makes any difference whatsoever. Cops bust women for "looking" like prostitutes EVERY DAY in this country. It doesn't matter if the man crumples the money in little balls and throws it in the wastebasket, or EVEN IF THE WOMAN REFUSES IT. If a you show up at a prostitution sting, you are taking a ride downtown. End of story. Both clients and escorts need to get this through their heads, screen thoroughly and STOP TAKING RISKS.

I agree with Angel - once you two are together in the same room, nothing else matters - touching, ID's, donation...you are going downtown. You will be arrested...granted, you may get off and released, but the record is there. The only protection is screening beforehand so you don't end up in that situation.

Yep as a newbie that has only been here a few days I have read and gave it a lot of thought. Even spoken with an SP. Even as high is my interest is I can only end the day with one question. Can I take the risk? Right now I keep coming up with the same answer. No unfortunately.

LE has fake drivers license, pay stubs, work i.d.'s or whatever creative form of screening we may ask for in place of the already proven. But I've heard that these arent 100% proof either so be careful either way and SCREEN RELIGIOUSLY. Hope this helps.. PM me if you like...

I always ask that if he gives a work reference the company has to be listed in the phone book, have a website and all. If for some reason I am still unsure I will ask that he sends the money to me via BEFORE the appointment. This hasn't failed me yet.. *knocks on wood*

I was reading that site (You know the one with the survey of providers that have been busted) almost ALL of them didn't check references and Over 90% of the busts were outcall.

One girl didn't even mention a donation. He handed it to her and she said "Oh put that thing down lets get down to business".. He tried to get her to mention sex for money and she wouldn't and he still arrested her. When she went to court somehow she was able to prove that sex for money was never mention and the case was immediatly dropped.

So the whole not mentioning money and sex thing... also dosen't work

Well, to an extent it worked in the sense that her case got dropped and she doesn't have a record

but obviously it still cost her a lot of time and money

I've had a provider ask me if I'd like to "have some private time with me, now that we've enjoyed each other's company." Don't know where that fits on the "over the line" line.

As far as employment is concerned, I can set up a company, a website and a Yellow Pages ad in about 5 days. It'll take about a month to get AT&T to install two phone lines, but I'll bet a cop shop can do it quicker.

As far as busting you for looking like a prostituted, I've heard of walkers who've been popped for sticking their heads in the window. Not even asking "hey babe, wanna party?"

Face it, you can get busted for anything a cop wants to bust you for. I was nailed once for GTA. For using a friend's car, but looking suspicious walking through the parking lot. Probably my waist long hair. Fortunately, they popped me on the way to pick up a pound and not on the way back!!!!! But they held me overnight, got a judge to set bail and after I was bailed out (thanks again, guys, for getting together and putting up five grand) did they call the owner and confirm that I had permission.

So, you can get nailed for even asking the question here, if the cop has the mind to do so.

Sorry, but legaly the police can commit an illeagal act to catch you. Search the net and you will find cases of police actualy having sex then arresting the prostuite.

Different police departments have different policies on how far an UC can go but no legal restrictions.

Bottom line is if you get caught in a sting, your going to jail. You may beat the case in court, but if they want, your going to jail. Best thing you can do if you feel things are going south is ask for a lawyer and STFU.

Naomi, the case may have been dropped but the lady still has a record. The cops record arrest, convections are just topping.
If they want you, you have already lost. Suggest everyone make plans to assume a false identity just like witness protection. It's not hard and may be the road to long time suvival.
