The new definition of prostitution is commercial sex. That is the 9th edition of Black law's dictionary.

If a guy date the escort, then the sex is not commercial because the guy taken her out of commerce.
If it is not commercial, then it is not prostitution. Never said that commercial prostitution or business prostitution is legalized. I only claim noncommercial acts as legalized.

Comm. v. Danko cite the MPC and it said that sex with reward is not commercial. The frequency determines whether or not the act commercial.

Lawrence v Texas is a legal defense in social companionship situation in private. Not a defense for someone who lay down money on the table and rush into the sex act.

It depends on what the court said about it. I don't think cops going to go on dates to sting if they know the social companionship loophole. Since no arrest, then there may never be a challenge to answer the question whether or not it is covered by Lawrence v Texas.

Are you an professional escort or professional prostitute? It is possible to be a professional escort and have sex for gifts on the sideline. Gifts for sex is not commercial.

You may loose clients for being a professional escort. I don't think many men out there are interested in dating. More men are interested in jumping into the act.

If they are married, they don't want to be seen in public because their wife may see them with an escort. Most men that visit prostitutes are married not single.

Sugar babies and mistresses are legal because they don't only give sex act and they are not in the business of serving a bunch of strangers. They give companionship with sex that why the are legal. The courts classified them as noncommercial companions and exempt them from the prostitution statutes. Are police actively busting sugar babies? No.

Not everyone can afford to have a sugar baby or mistress. So I trying to create legal defenses to lower the playing field. EECIE is not going away if prostitution is legal. Men will still use it to find out if the escort is good or not before making a choice. It is like any other review. People still write reviews for legal products and services.

I'm in LA - we scorn that here... Napoleonic Code is our system! The definitions used in statutes here is whatever the legislature says they are.

Hey, It is already understand message boards is not personal advice. So what if I am wrong. It is ok to be wrong sometimes. The worst thing a man can do is not try. Who else going to expose these court rulings?

Lawyers and judges are wrong sometimes. If there is no error, there is no appeal. Also the US Supreme Court reversed old decisions because the found themselves were wrong. It is OK to be human.

Are police actively stinging people who date escorts? No. The possibilities of sting is very low. I am not giving dangerous advice.

Hobbyist will use review even more if they are encouraged to going on a date with an escort. They want to make sure they get sex for all the money they spend. So my advice will actually encourage hobbyists to use forum even more.

Escort who are beginners will also have a fair shot to move to the top. The knowledge of social companionship as a legal defense will encourage hobbyist to date escorts with little or no reviews. This will give a fair chance for someone just starting out. Latter they can get reviews from hobbyist who date them.

It is time to get rid of the fear factor. Fear is very damaging to the mind.

The judge has the right to determine how the law applies. If he said the law on prostitution doesn't apply to certain situation, it don't. The MPC already state that prostitution laws don't apply to noncommercial relationship.

If you are creating traffic for the neighborhood, the prostitution laws do apply. If you are selling tricks to strangers, it do. If you went on a date with the person, it don't in private.

The courts look at what the impact to the community or the injuries not just what the law on face value.

Sorry, I though you were in LA, California. You have a different system. I don't know how the prostitution laws work in LA. But there is enough court rulings that legalizes gifts in dating. Also the federal rule already establish a rule on gifts in mistress-lovers relationship. I don't see police in LA going after mistresses and sugar babies for prostitution.

I did some study. LA has a base in Roman Civil law. So under Roman Civil law, prostitution is commercial sex. So they have to prove commercial sex to have jurisdiction. MPC is Roman civil law. (cannot be sure!!)

Amazing simply amazing that a person could get so backward on so many topics. Front you are wrong. I can't figure out whether you are trying to be funny or if you just don't know what you are talking about. Nevertheless people might read your theories and think they are correct. The theories are not correct.
