Democratic Congressman Danny Davis accepts an award from the Communist Party USA in Chicago. Eight years ago this congressman was introduced by Barack Obama who told his audience that Davis shares Obama's views on the world. Birds of a feather...are communists apparently.

Apples and oranges, my friend. Yes, catching a witness in a lie damages credibility, but I would still have to show that subsequent statements are also lies. Or I could use that lie to discredit truth in later testimony. So I would still like to know, is the article true, or not? Answer the question, because I will have to use fonts of different color and sizes to prove my superiority.

1 lie establishes reasonable doubt in the jurys mind/s, subsequent statements be damned .. the witness cant be trusted, PERIOD.
I suppose I'll need larger fonts to help you understand I already answered your true or false question
