Default What do I do now?

I thought seeing girls on here and other sites would help me but it doesn't seem to work

I started off slow and only saw one or two a year but it didn't help so I started more frequently I stopped bothering with reviews because I just couldn't bring myself to acknowledge that it didn't work how I wanted it.

The girls I've seen have been nice and it's not a financial constraint even with covid going on it's just me no matter how you spin it.

I was sad with my girlfriend I was sad with the working girls I was sad when I had a job and sad that im on furlough

I'm just sad when there's nothing to be sad about then I feel guilty about it

Is there something else I can do I can't tell how serious it is or is this normal

Go to therapy, depression isn't something you can fix with escorts and idiots that say "be happy". Nothing to be ashamed about in doing so My sister and best friend both suffer from clinical depression. Get real help.

Alright, I can ask a friend of mine, she's a grief counselor and might know some people to recommend. Will see how that goes.

71 Pseudonym is correct! These gals are not therapists - you need someone who is qualified to treat depression. There may be a chemical imbalance that no escort could help. Have you mentioned your problem to your doctor? They could refer you to appropriate help. PLEASE do so ASAP!!! Keep us posted on your progress.

Best wishes,
Charlie

1000steps, do get a professional opinion. You may or may not have clinical depression but you need to find out. If you do, there is help. I had depression for years and finally hooked up with a psychiatrist who determined I had a chemical imbalance and prescribed a med that helped a lot. Feel free to PM me if you want to learn more about my experience.

I'm no expert but I've had a few late night talks with some guys/gals over the years. For most it's about changing thought process, takes a little time.
Find a psychologist, they will have psychiatrists. make sure you guys agree on treatments. Some people want pills some dont, some are ok with it for short times scripts to help change our processes then wing off or simply if they know the ins and out if it. Regardless of anything no matter how sad you get WAKING UP is the ONLY ANSWER DO NOT LET YOUR SADNESS OR DEMONS WIN. THERE ARE BRIGHTER DAYS AHEAD.

71 hit it on the nose. Your Dr might be able to put you on something like zoloft. If it's as simple as a chemical imbalance that would probably do the trick. If that doesn't work then you would want to seek help through a psychiatrist. By going to us girls or any other route you're trying to put a Band-Aid on something that will bleed through. Best of luck remember don't give up there is a solution that will make you happy to be alive. NEVER BE ASHAMED. You've reached out here now go talk to your Dr.

I was in the exact same situation a few years ago. No matter what I did I was still sad. I finally told my Dr. about it. After talking with a councilor, it's great to have somebody you can trust to talk to without being judged, and some meds life is great.

Depression is an illness you can’t see but it’s there and real. Sometimes it is chemical imbalance and through Meds and counseling you can learn what helps you to deal with it. It won’t go away by itself. We have had to deal with it for 30 years in our family and it can be controlled so reach out and make the effort. Best wishes for finding the help you need.

Depression and sex are not something to have going on at the same time. If you take zoloft, it may be what you need medically, but an erection will be difficult and you probably won't care.
Fun times with someone you are paying, or even someone you are not, if there is not an emotional connection is unfulfilling psychologically. Don't get confused tying the two together. Go talk to a professional. And, if they don't help, find another.

Try some CBD, full spectrum, not the broad spectrum. Right now you can only get it on the MO side. I use stuff from a place in the Waldo area, they have the Lazarus brand. One of the best I have used.
