I have had a lot of questions about why some provider websites dont show up in google search results, or if they show up they are on the 3rd or 4th page.

Just noticed this thread as I rarely visit this section. I would avoid this service, it appears misleading. You are talking about on-site SEO work which should be done properly but alone won't rank you for any competitive keyword on google. You indicate a traveling girl could rank for a keyword immediately before traveling. Not going to happen unless there is absolutely no competition which means no one is searching. Your example here for "amarillo webpage designer" has no competition, adword searches show nothing, if I google intitle"amarillo webpage designer" I get 2 results.. for inurl"amarillo webpage designer" I get 0 results, having this alone would probably rank you. Your site is aged 7 years and is a PR3. So you put a page up that has no competition for your example. Ranking in a competitive keyword is going to take on-site and off-site SEO work, not only that, it is an ongoing process to keep rank. I will leave it at that.
