My encounter was actually before yours being early in July not midway. Also believe the person you encountered is possibly a different person than the person I met as she actually had a decent chest as opposed to being flat. Can't read your ROS being non premium to be certain. Perhaps its a agency kind of deal, or multiple people. Or our judgment of melons are different lol
