That's just inflammatory and complete non sense. Explain how a law abiding citizen not being allowed to possess something will prevent a criminal from hurting people.
You assume the law will make it more difficult or impossible for criminals to obtain a weapon. It might for that weapon.
They'll just use another.
Outlaw AR-15s and they'll still have handguns & shotguns. Out law all guns, they have knives. Outlaw knives, they have clubs. Then if all else fails, unless we are will to turn back technology 500 years or more, prole will always be able to make IEDs.

Laws won't prevent criminals from harming innocents ,if they can't get whatever it is that was outlawed they use something ekse. It only handicap the law abiding citizen's ability to protect themselves.
