Cowboy had good advice for the St. Louis area. We have some great ladies here. Do some research and contact them directly. Be a polite gentleman and you should find what you are looking for.

If those other cities are all in Texas (your sidebar lists you as hailing from Amarillo), you'll find that most ECCIE forums are slower than the ones you've been to (maybe the Arkansas forums are as busy as the Texas forums, but that would be the only one close, IIRC).

If you were willing to do an incall to a nice private apartment in the Soulard area I'd highly recommend JustJodi, who is IMHO the best provider in STL. I don't think she'll do an outcall for a first meeting, but there'd be no harm in asking..
