Hello, I am in search of a licensed Electrician, as well as licensed plumber. I am low on funds and desperately need to barter for your expertise.

I have a mobile home on a lot. Has pole and meter already set up as well as all utilities hooked up with service. Plumbing needs main line and ran to sewage drain.
