Not sure it's a bad thing. 30+ victims all underage. What a deal for Epstein! If I were a parent Acosta would have some splainin to do.

Why aren’t they going after the State attorney and AG? They were going to let him off Scott free. But Acosta became a distraction. He’ll be replaced. Life goes on.

I read some article that says Epstein's beginnings as a teacher in a prestigious private school, he was hired by AG Barr's grandfather.

Too much inbreeding in the swamp. The inner circles, the Ivy league schools.

Epstein is a Democrat enabled monster, and used the samed tactics as Weinstein.

What I find interesting is that he would not have been pursued but for the fact that the original prosecutor was in Trump's cabinet. The pursuit of Epstein was political, and not for reasons of Justice.

Epstein's is being pursued for precisely the same crimes that were adjudicated in Florida by the Feds. I agree that justice was not served(for some good reasons, and some bad) in the agreement, it was a binding agreement.

The feds now have redefined the word "binding" for the sole purpose of damaging Trump. We all ought to be fearful of such a orwellian notion.

The Epstein situation. should have had an alternate disposition. There are many available.

As i understand the situation, Epstein is charged with new crimes committed since his sentence was served .

He committed numerous parole violations.

I have no problem with the prosecution for Newly committed crimes.

The way Acosta was treated was revisionist, and applying today's standards to a case over a decade ago.

Classic for the DPST's Example- Kaepernick and the Betsy Ross Flag - never a symbol of racism until that idiot was "Offended", and Nike knee-jerked in reaction.

That is Orwellian, I agree.

The only reason he is resigning is because he was instrumental in cutting a sweetheart deal to a billionaire sexual predator.

Somebody gave the order to cut Epstein the slack he received. That is the person that needs to answer questions.

True, but Acosta wasn’t mentioned in the prior posts. As I said, the State wasn’t even bringing charges. Acosta tried to do something. He didn’t have to.

the Epstein case Acosta ran was in 2008.

The State Attorneys are condtridicting Acosta's version of the events.

But regardless of the facts, Acosta and Epstein are now joined at the hip.

Of course they are. The grand jury recommended one count of prostitution. The attorney downgraded that indictment. He has as much explaining as anyone. Including Acosta. But Acosta was used as a whipping boy by the Democrats and the LSM. He had to go. I’m sure the truth will come out. As Pelosi said, some high ranking Democrats will be exposed. I hope she calls for them to resign or prosecuted.

today was a good example of why Trump won me over in 2016.. stands with Acosta at the resignation announcement, and masterfully mows down the Press, the Democrats, anyone in his way.

I feel sorry for the Democrat who has to debate him in 14 months..

i agree. considering the fact that the Democrats seem hell bent to nominate a firebrand far left leaning woman with delusions of socialist free shit and favoritism to illegals over actual citizens, Trump will wipe the floor with the Dem's nominee.

strange as it seems, they will nominate a candidate even more un-electable than Clinton!!!
