On the immune system, if your Spine is in good health & shape you body's immune system is alot stronger to resist getting sick. It will fight and heal itself. you must also eat a healthy diet. Stay away from processed food.

How ever you should still use protection!!!! Unless you are with your S/O.

And Be Clean. Shower, Shower, Shower before & after, own a nail brush & use it!!!

I personally am giving acp5762 a D for effort.

Telling people that HPV is "the same strain as cold sore viruses you may see on a persons lip" is totally wrong and not worthy of an A based on any reasonable grading system.
