Well I'm ok for play. Today was a little hectic but I got my car out of the freakn pound. Im sure when I wrote this this morning I forgot this isn't Facebook. You guys really know your stuff, and will give me the best advice.
I only meant if this guy doesn't have insurance. I do not want to nickel and dime the guy,I only wanna go back where I was. Car, and no bills. If I can (will) settle with the insurance company than I will.
Thanks guys and gals
Xoxo

Ginger is right AND Blasian is right. Depending on the facts of the case either getting a lawyer or not getting one is an important decision. Facts to consider are stuff like 1) Who is his company and who is yours? 2) Do you carry PIP? ( a premium in your policy to cover medical expenses)? 3) If so how much is it for? 4) What is your previous medical history? 5) Any objective indicators and what are they? (anything broken?-x-rays). Make sure you take pictures of any bruises or lumps and make sure you get copies of the hospital reports. And make sure you get any follow up care. remember you will be compensated based on your medical bills so seek some treatment on any persistent problems. You will get some money for this but how much depends on how you handle things. These companies are negotiators. Don't go for their first low ball offer.

Following tort reform in 2004 in Texas insurance companies have gotten real ugly and think they hold all the power to deny everything. Companies like Allstate and Geico and Progressive can run all those TV commercials because they save so much denying and cutting your claims. USAA and State Farm are not quite as bad. Read your pm's.

Glad to hear you are ok..... document, document, document. Names, times, subject matter of anyone to whom you speak with. Keep all mail and papers together and go from there.

Find a personal injury attorney that works on contingency immediately . If other driver was insured it's a shoe in . Glad you weren't hurt too badly !

Hey Jucci, sorry for your misfortune but glad you're (pretty-much) okay!

Call Wayne Wright and maybe we'll see you in one of his commercials and you'll be famous!

"I'm Jucci. This guy's tire came off his car and hit my windshield and hurt my arm Wayne Wright got me $36,269.32. Thanks Wayne Wright."

You deserve respect and justice...and we demand it
