Articles coming Monday. What a glorious end for Trump. He’ll be well known in history. He wanted to be immortal. The history books with have plenty to say about him. He’ll be the subject of plenty of books and be known as an example of what to avoid being.
I love it.

Doubtful Biden will continue to live the remaining year. Harris going to contract Covid-19, sneeze on the old bastard and he will be dead in a few hours.

Since you didn't include the word impeachment, I assume you mean these charges would be brought against Trump after he has left office? It would be a close call in my non attorney opinion and I think it would all hinge on the meaning of "find". Now if he had said "find them and make them up if you can't find them", that would be a slam dunk case but I would imagine the attorney for Trump in such a case would argue his client was asking to "look harder, do a closer review and find those votes that I know are there and were missed the first time".
As to endanger the security of the US, the prosecutor would have to prove that Trump knew or had reason to know, that some of the people he called to "protest" would take the actions some of the protesters took. Then the comparison would be made that no officials in the government encouraging protesters to take to the streets last summer, didn't know that some of those people would burn, loot and assault people using the "double standard" argument which is apparent to me as dark is to light. So I guess any prosecutor might want to use one of his "peremptory" challenges on me, someone requiring more proof than Trump is an asshole so convict him. I don't think Trump ever thought it would go as far as breaking in to the capital building. It was widely circulated that protester's would want to be there to witness Mike Pence throw out the current electors but all it took was a handful of goons to start the ball rolling exactly like what happened all summer long with goons from the left causing the trouble, unforeseen trouble to hear the Democrats tell it.
A jury member that hated Trump, wouldn't care and vote guilty. A juror like myself would be thinking, you need more. This is exactly like the Ukraine phone call. Trump said "do me a favor and look into Hunter and any connection to Joe". What he did not say, correct me if I'm wrong, is "make shit up if you have to but find it or I won't give you any help", the same way Biden did "Fire the guy or I'm not giving you a billion dollars", a classic example of quid pro quo, whether President Obama and the whole EU agreed or not doesn't change the meaning of quid pro quo.
Then you add to that the President of Ukraine said he didn't think Trump meant that. That kills the case, unless again, a juror didn't care about the legal niceties and just hated the defendant.
Impeachment and the 25th are political stunts that I think you called them.

Nobody believes that. If anything, the possibility is likely that he would attempt to run as an Independent- not to win, but to fuck up the Republican nominee-- no matter who they are-- because he is just that petty.
That's the only thing that lends any possibility to the Republicans in the Senate going along with it-- it effectively blocks him if they do it right.

The littlest, littlest show on Earth.
Here’s How Third-Party Candidates Have Changed Elections
https://www.history.com/.amp/news/th...nfluence-facts
Quote:
America’s two-party political system makes it difficult for candidates from outside the Republican and Democratic parties to win presidential elections. Since 1920, in fact, only four third-party candidates—Robert La Follette in 1924, Strom Thurmond in 1948, George Wallace in 1968 and John Hospers in 1972—have been able to win even a single electoral vote. That doesn’t mean, however, that third-party candidates haven’t altered the outcomes of presidential elections over the course of American history.
Roosevelt and Taft ended up splitting the Republican vote, which led to an easy victory by Democratic nominee Woodrow Wilson. Roosevelt finished in second after winning six states and 27 percent of the popular vote. Taft was a distant third followed by another third-party candidate, Eugene V. Debs. The Socialist Party nominee received nearly one million votes in the fourth of his five bids for the White House.

Democrats and republicans are trying to destroy each other and they'll take all of us with them.
Fuck both of them.

TEN Days - and the liberal circus and grandstanding goes on.
To what real effect - just to cow and intimidate anyone with a political opinion different than XiNN and the radical DPST party.
it is the beginning of DPST absolute censorship of the media , and all private opinions not of AOC, Bernie, and Lizie1
