Crossing over to Juarez advice

Hello. I have not crossed into Juarez since way before covid. Trying to meet one of the La Boutique ladies. Any recommendations on a safe, quick way to go there and back within 3-4 hours?

Check the CBP website for bridge wait times. Sometimes it is best to walk and catch an Uber and at other times it is best to drive your own car (if you are comfortable driving in MX). The easiest walking bridge is the Paso del Norte in downtown El Paso. The easiest driving bridge is Bridge of the Americas.

I’ll be in El Paso in early December and I also have a question related to this.
1. Do I drive my own vehicle across the border to hobby?
2. Is there a reliable place to park before the border and then walk over? If I walk over do I just call an Uber to take me to a hotel if I have arranged with a lady?
3. Can an Uber or taxi drive me from the US side to Juarez and back?
